1. All enterprises investing in the development zone are entitled to the government's support and reward policy. The specific amount depends on the investment scale of the enterprise and the scientific and technological content of the project. The implementation period of the above policies is ten years, and they are fulfilled once a quarter.

2. Enterprises with good management and great contribution can enjoy a one-time reward at the end of the year.

3. After approval, high-tech enterprises can enjoy relevant preferential policies for science and technology enterprises.

4. After approval, foreign-funded enterprises can give priority to the implementation of relevant preferential policies of the state for foreign-funded enterprises. After the implementation period, they can continue to implement the incentive and support policies of the development zone.

5. For outstanding high-tech enterprises, well-known enterprises at home and abroad and high value-added enterprises, the management committee will implement preferential land prices in accordance with the principle of "more good projects and more good enterprises".

6. All units and individuals that invest in and set up industries in the Development Zone, as well as the relatives of foreign businessmen, overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, or the employed managerial personnel and production backbones (including the direct relatives living together) can apply for urban residence in Beijing according to relevant regulations.

7. Units or individuals who introduce projects and funds to the development zone can be rewarded according to the relevant provisions of the county government and the management committee.
