Zhuba street is located in the east of Hongze District, Huaian City, 5 kilometers away from the center of the district. It is adjacent to Chahe town in the East, Wanji town and Renhe Town in the south, GaoLiangJian town in the West and Huangji town in the north.

In 2014, Zhuba town was abolished and Zhuba sub district office was set up in the original area under the jurisdiction of Zhuba town;

Zhuba sub district was established in 2014, with Zhuba, Sanwei and Dawei neighborhood committees in GaoLiangJian town and Zhugao, Mapeng, Yuanji, Daliu, Caozhuang, Dunnan and Fumin Village Committees. Zhuba sub district office is located at No. 1, Changjiang West Road. Zhuba street is located in the east of Hongze District, Huai'an City, 5 kilometers away from the center of the district. It is adjacent to Chahe town in the East, Wanji town and Renhe Town in the south, GaoLiangJian town in the West and Huangji town in the north. Ninglian first class highway, Ninglian Expressway and Jiangsu Provincial Highway s328 pass through the territory. The town has 5 administrative villages, 5 neighborhood committees, 80 Village (neighborhood) groups and 29500 people. The town area is about 60 square kilometers, of which the market town area is 3.17 square kilometers, with a total population of 12000. Zhuba town has been rated as a national ecological town, a key central town in Jiangsu Province, a pilot town for comprehensive reform of small towns, a new small town in Huai'an City, and a small town with beautiful environment in Huai'an City.
