During the implementation of the project, the project legal person system, announcement system, bidding system, supervision system, contract system and other systems shall be strictly implemented. After three years of careful construction, the project area ditch, gate station supporting, irrigation and drainage separate, to achieve irrigation, drainage, down, drought and drainage standards greatly improved, formed a perfect field road system, farmland irrigation system and good ecosystem. In 2007, a total of 30500 tons of cotton and 30 tons of rice were harvested.
