Fangshan Town

Fangshan town is 10 kilometers southeast of Donghai County, 50 kilometers away from Lianyungang port and 15 kilometers away from baitabu airport. Xulian Expressway and 227 provincial road pass through Fangshan, and the Rose River and Huaishu River pass around the town, with convenient water and land transportation. Fangshan town is rich in products, beautiful scenery and pleasant climate. It is a well-known town of fish and rice, crystal and Yiyang.

In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name Fangshan Town as a national health Township in the period of 2017-2019.

Kubei Village

1. Introduction

Kubei village is adjacent to Shuangling village in the East, Yingwei village in the West and Zhetang village in the south. The central road of the village is 5 km long and all the roads are cemented. 10 kilometers away from Donghai County, close to lianxu expressway, the traffic is very convenient and the location is very superior. The village of Crystal King, the largest 3.8 tons of crystal stored in China Geological Museum, is rich in crystal. Kubei village has a population of 2510, 673 households, 70 party members and 3100 mu of arable land. The per capita net income is 4800 yuan, the population is large, the land is small, and the labor resources are rich, which makes the agricultural production of the village relatively developed, but the industrial production lags behind and needs further development. At present, there are 400 people working abroad all the year round.

2. Characteristic industry

First, rice and wheat production. Rice and wheat production is not only the traditional industry of Kubei village, but also the pillar industry and the main source of farmers' income. There are 450 farmers engaged in rice and wheat production in the whole village. At present, the planting area of rice and wheat in the village has reached more than 2500 mu, and the main varieties are Xudao 3, 4, Yandao 8, etc. It produces 600 kg of rice and 450 kg of wheat per mu. It is a pollution-free production base of rice and wheat.

Second, aquaculture. The farming industry in Kubei village is relatively developed. There are five fishing grounds, of which Qiao Zhengxiang has more than 400 mu of fish, wholesale 3-4 yuan / kg, and net profit of 600000 yuan. There are 10 breeding pig farms, Wang Weiming has an annual output of 150 pigs, Qiao hongtie has an annual output of 400 pigs, and 60 households have 30-50 pigs. At the same time, there is a duck farm in the village, zhang'anbang duck farm, which covers an area of more than 200 mu. It is mainly engaged in raising meat ducks. There are 10000 meat ducks in 40 days, with a net profit of 3 yuan per duck. The net profit is 120000 yuan per year based on 8 ducks per year.

Third, ecological tourism park. Kubei village has no pollution and good environmental conditions. Historical evolution

As early as the Ming Dynasty, Fangshan town was set up here, belonging to the jurisdiction of Haizhou Prefecture.

In the first year of the Republic of China, Guanyun county was established in the southeast of Donghai County, and Fangshan town was under the jurisdiction of Donghai County.

During the Anti Japanese War, the sea area was occupied. After the Communist Party of China entered the sea area, it successively set up Hailing County, Tongyang county and Shuyang County privately, and divided the counties and districts according to its own needs. Fangshan town was once located in Tongyang county and Shuyang County. But this practice basically belongs to the folk behavior, the official still belongs to Donghai County.

Fangshan town was returned to Donghai County in 1953, with Fangshan District, thirteen districts and ten districts. Fangshan Township was established in 1957, Fangshan people's commune was established in 1958, Fangshan Township was restored in 1983, and Fangshan town was established in 1985.
