Tibet Dazi Industrial Park Tibet Dazi Industrial Park is located 1 km west of Dazi County, with a total planning area of 6.01 square kilometers. Three functional areas are planned, namely plateau biological area, Tibetan medicine industry functional area, ethnic culture and handicraft functional area, new energy and mechanical and electrical manufacturing functional area.

Introduction to the park

The park is close to Sichuan Tibet highway (National Highway 318), and the industrial park is only 20 kilometers away from Lhasa city. It is the only way from Lhasa to Linzhi Area, with obvious traffic location advantages. Using advanced network information technology, accurately targeting the target customers and delivering information to them are the basic requirements of the industrial park network of China in the Internet era.

attract investment

The first phase of the industrial park covers an area of 1600 mu, including 1100 mu of built-up area; the second phase covers an area of 6800 mu, with superior geographical location, increasingly perfect investment environment, and ready to settle the project at any time. Dazi county Party committee and government attach great importance to economic development and social stability. In order to give full play to its rich resources and location advantages, in September 2002, Dazi Industrial Park was planned as a wasteland 1 km west of Dazi county. Thus, the curtain of industrial park construction began. In the past seven years, the industrial park has begun to take shape by vigorously attracting investment. There are 36 projects settled in the industrial park under the agreement. The total investment of the agreement is 1.134 billion yuan, and 682 million yuan has been put in place. The construction of the industrial park not only widens the channels of county-level fiscal and tax revenue, but also provides employment opportunities for the local surplus labor force and creates conditions for the farmers and herdsmen to increase their income. In 2010, only 37.17 million yuan of tax was collected in the industrial park, and more than 1000 farmers and herdsmen were employed. In the next five years, 36 enterprises will be completed and put into production, which will provide more than 3000 jobs for local farmers and herdsmen, and the tax revenue will exceed 100 million yuan. Dazi Industrial Park is the main carrier and platform for Dazi county to attract investment. The infrastructure and plant construction of the enterprises in Dazi county are full of strong ethnic customs, which has become a beautiful landscape of Dazi county. In order to strengthen the investment attraction and optimize the investment environment, Dazi county government has invested more than 28 million yuan in the construction of industrial park infrastructure. It is estimated that 40 million yuan will be invested this year to further strengthen the construction of the park and strive to build a "garden like" industrial park. In order to strengthen the management of the industrial park, our county has also set up an industrial park management committee, which is specially responsible for the work of the industrial park. In the future, we will further increase investment and services, expand services, and absorb more projects with market potential to settle in the industrial park in line with the requirements of reasonable layout, centralized connection, close to cities and towns, convenient transportation and environmental protection, so as to comprehensively promote the rapid, coordinated and healthy economic and social development of our county.
