The Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Z ā OSH í B ùǒ u, which means not to meet the right time. It comes from five affairs of current affairs: it's difficult to be a king and to be a virtuous person.
The source of the idiom is Xu Heng's five affairs of the times, the misfortune of the king, and the appointment of the virtuous: "when the time comes, you must keep your secret."
