Corrupt bribery
Bribery refers to corruption, improper behavior and bad reputation. It comes from Sima Guang's Zizhitongjian, the third year of Jinglong in the middle of Tang Dynasty: "the Minister of Zhongshu, who also knows the chapter of Tongping in the Ministry of Li, Cui Shi, and the Minister of Tongping in the Ministry of Li, Zheng Min, are all in charge of Quanheng. They attach importance to the situation, bribe others and leave others behind. They fail to win the award and use it for three years. The election method is very bad."
