It's a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is y ǐ NH á NGB ē Ig ē, which means to sing aloud. From Bing Xin's praise of cherry blossom.
The idiom comes from Bing Xin's praise of cherry blossoms: "the cemetery is full of gloomy grave sweepers, sometimes drunk people who drink too much wine and sing sad songs."
