Steamed bread with minced meat

Introduction:

"Add minced meat and scallion into the noodles to make a soft steamed bread. At breakfast, with a bowl of white porridge, it's very nutritious and delicious."

Production steps:

Step 1: mix the flour with yeast and warm water to form a smooth dough. Wake up to twice the size.

Step 2: add scallion, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and eggs to the meat stuffing and beat it vigorously.

Step 3: exhaust and knead.

Step 4: roll it into a rectangular or square shape.

Step 5: spread the meat with good taste.

Step 6: roll long strips.

Step 7: cut it into two parts with a knife, wake up for about half an hour, put cold water into the pot, steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 8: turn off the heat and cover for five minutes, then take out and cut into sections.

Soy sauce: right amount

Note: 1, meat salt to put less, not too salty. 2. My choice of meat stuffing is tenderloin, with little fat.
