The origin of Idioms
The source of Guanzi Mingfa: "it is because of the loss of governance of officials that the Lord rewards reputation and punishes destruction. However, those who like to reward and punish evildoers do private art away from justice." Yin Zhizhang's note: "if you take reputation as reward and punishment, you will lose your sense."
