Chinese idiom, Pinyin is y á NJ ī ngzh ì s ī, meaning to concentrate on research and try to think. It comes from the biography of Zhai in the book of the later Han Dynasty.

In the biography of Zhai in the book of the later Han Dynasty, it is said that "may your majesty work hard and sympathize with you personally, study hard and think deeply, encourage loyal officials, punish the party that flatters you, damage the prosperity of the jade hall, respect the nobility of heaven, cut off the pleasure of lust, and give up the private feast."
