Xianche jianma is a Chinese idiom. Its pinyin is Xi à NCH à Ji à nm à, which means that the vehicles are fresh and the horses are strong. It describes the rich and powerful, and is the same as "xianche Nu Ma". It's from Qujiang, a drama.
