Search far and wide
Chinese idiom, Pinyin is p á ngs ō uyu ǎ NSH à o, which means widely collected, far from the ancients, the same as "searching far from Shao". It comes from the preface to Pianyu collection
The idiom comes from the preface to Pianyu collection by Liu Su of Song Dynasty: "to search for talents far away, to express feelings in long and short sentences."
