He who craves drinks easily
It's a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is k ě zh ě y ì y ǐ n, which means people who are thirsty feel sweet when they drink anything. In the old days, it was used to refer to people who had experienced a lot of tyranny and were most grateful for virtue. From Mencius Gongsun Chou Shang.
