Skinny skin
Yellow skinned, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Hu á NGP í Gu ā s ō u, which means to describe the appearance of yellow and thin. From silkworm.
The idiom comes from Yu Chen's Silkworm 6: "one day has passed, the silkworms have gone on a complete hunger strike. They are so hungry that they are skinny and dying."
