The origin of Idioms
In the 10th year of Chunyou reign of emperor LiZong of the Song Dynasty, the book continued Zizhi Tongjian: "I heard that in recent years, the government did not give up the money to the local government, so I paid more money in advance. The rich families were bribed and exempted, but the middle class and the lower class were all paid. As a result, when they scattered money, the officials would be reduced, and when they were nano, they would win, and they would pay more money."
