Zhang Maoxian

Zhang Maoxian, male, from Xingning, Guangdong Province, was born in August 1957. He was an in-service graduate student with a degree. He started work in July 1978 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1980. He once served as Deputy Secretary of Meijiang district Party committee of Meizhou City (county level).
