Personal introduction

Zhang Zhen (the year of birth and death is unknown), a native of Luoyuan county. In the fourth year of Jiading (1211) of the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhang Xiang and his younger brother made the same list of Jinshi. They were appointed to support the army, to offer sacrifices to the son of the state, to serve as the Minister of power, soldiers and officials, and to serve as the minister of power and punishment and the Minister of rites. They paid homage to the Bachelor of Duanming palace, knew the affairs of the Privy Council and politics, and became the Duke of Changle County. Later, he resigned from his official post and presented his death to Shaoshi. He is upright and dignified. When the Linjiang Army (in Qingjiang county) was known, the paper produced by qingjiangdu in Linchuan County, a neighboring county, was named "Qingjiang paper". The Hubu mistakenly took Qingjiang paper produced in Qingjiang County, ordered the Linjiang army to ask for 30000 pieces of tribute paper, and he wrote to plead. On the contrary, he urged the Linchuan army to do so, so he was exempted from paying tribute.

Personal story

When he was in charge of political affairs, he once told the emperor that he would go to the original temple to offer sacrifices at the Jingyan (four books and five classics in front of the emperor). Then he was lucky to be "Longxiang". On his way, he cut off the eaves and widened the road. Although compensation was given, it was of no help. The common people talked about it and complained about it. As a result, it was a matter of good fortune in the new year, so we gave up. Shi Songzhi, the right prime minister, was dictatorial and exclusive. In 1244, his mother died and he wanted to go back to the prime minister. He launched 144 Taixue students, 67 Wuxue students and 94 Jingxue students to write a letter to stop song's reappearance, but he couldn't reach the goal. The bad deeds of Zhu Sheng and Shu song were posted in the Taixue Zhai corridor and went on strike. The censor, the remonstrance and the three towns also handed in the chapter and denounced, so Song Zhi had to give up. In December of the sixth year of Chunyou's reign (1246), song's home was full of mourning, and he began to plan for use again. The emperor ordered song to resign from office, and the imperial edict was not repeated. Therefore, he was famous for his outspoken words.
