Zhang Ruiqing

Zhang Ruiqing was born in January 1955 in Yangyuan, Hebei Province. The rank of armed police lieutenant general.

He is currently an alternate member of the 18th CPC Central Committee and a deputy political commissar of the Chinese people's armed police force.
