Zhou Gongxian (the year of his birth and death is unknown) was an educationist and Confucian scholar in Song Dynasty. The word is Bowen. Jinling (now Changzhou) people. Zhou Fu's younger brother. In 1101, Dazhong Xiangfu studied with his brother Fu from Cheng Yi, and was friendly with Yang Shifu.

In 17 years of Chengmen, Ding's father was worried about his return. During the period of Chongning, he founded and taught with brother Fu the earliest Chengdong and Chengxi academies in Changzhou, and recruited Yang Shi, a great Confucianist of Neo Confucianism, to give lectures in Changzhou.
