Ye Chunji, born in the 11th year of Jiajing reign of emperor Shizong of Ming Dynasty, is a GUI Shanren. He has 18 volumes of shidongji and the general catalogue of Siku.

brief introduction

Ye Chunji (1532-1595) was born in Guishan County, Huizhou, Guangdong Province in Ming Dynasty. He was born in the 11th year of Jiajing reign of emperor Shizong of Ming Dynasty and died in the 23rd year of Wanli reign of emperor Shenzong at the age of 64.

Life story

Jiajing 31 years (1552 AD) Ju people. In the early years of Longqing, Fuqing county was granted the instruction. Before he took office, he wrote 25 memorials on current affairs, including Duan Zhiben, rectifying official evils, and calming people's livelihood. Chen Shizheng's 30000 words were all recited. In Fuqing, he taught the people to put filial piety and loyalty first. Soon after the order of moving to Huian, he was promoted to Huian County Magistrate. In his three-year term, "the people love him like a loving father" and praised him with a song: "Ye Jun is the government. He only drinks my water, and the facilities are not troublesome. So I offended the dignitaries, so I gave up on the pretext of illness. At the same time, he was promoted to the governor of Pennsylvania. The people of Hui'an begged him to stay, while the jealous hid his appointment letter, so that he could not go to the post. So he was impeached and cut his citizenship for the people. After returning to his hometown, he retired to Luofushan and built a "escape nunnery" to live in. He read and talked and wrote constantly. In 1591, he was recommended as the governor of Xingguo (now hubeiyang new county) and promoted to Yunyang prefecture (now Yunxian County, Hubei Province). One year later, he became a member of the Ministry of household affairs, wailang, and then transferred to the doctor of Jiangxi Province to discuss the Chongwenmen tax. He found out that the middle-class man had cheated. He planned to write a letter "to ask for the check of the nine side tuntian tools". He failed to do so, but died of exhaustion. "Just Fang Lian Jie, learning behavior table", a lot of his life, Guangdong Wenzheng collected four memorials. His works are abundant, including Fu Zhai Ji, Zhao Qing Zhi, Shun De Zhi, Yong'an Zhi and Hui'an Zhi. It also left many inscriptions for the West Lake and Luofu Mountain, especially the cliff stone inscription of the cave house in Luofu Mountain.
