Bian Zhen, a native of Chengdu (now Sichuan), was born in Yizhou, later Sichuan. He was a judge of Yuzhou. After entering the Song Dynasty, he was still in office, and eventually joined the army as a recorder in Guozhou. See history of the song, Volume 2, 77, biography of Bian Gung.

"Bian Zhen is from Chengdu. I'm going to the Jinshi. " (the spring and Autumn period of the Ten Kingdoms; Volume 53) page 39 of the dictionary of Chinese names, also known as Bian Zhen's "imperial examination of Shu." Bian Zhen is not well-known in the history of Chinese literature, and there are few records about him in various literatures. However, most of the sentences he left are well-known. The old man's thin shadow, cold wood by chanting body. the double towers enter with Danzhao, and the three peaks return with Baiyun. there is no place to avoid the debt of poetry in spring, and there is no place for the sorrow of separation because of drunk. autumn bacteria grow on the rain wall, and cicadas are infected by wind branches.
