Shen Menglin

Shen Menglin (1307-1399), whose name was Yuanzhao, was a writer in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. He was 93 years old. There are few poems. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, he taught Wuzhou Xuezheng with Yike. He moved to the military and returned to seclusion. Taizu called him an "old Examiner" who knew that his ambition was unyielding and that he was not strong enough to be an official. Life

The writer Shen Menglin lived in the late Yuan Dynasty and the early Ming Dynasty. From the Yuan Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty (1335-1341), Shen Menglin was recommended for his mastery of classics. During the reign of Zhizheng (1341-1368), he was taught Wuzhou Xuezheng by Yike, and later changed to wukangling. Shen Menglin used Confucianism to rectify the officials, and did not advocate punishment for the common people. The common people also treated him like their parents. Later, he returned home due to illness. After the establishment of the Ming Dynasty, he was called up as a virtuous man and died at the age of 93. Shen Menglin's poems have the style of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. He was called "Shen Baju" at that time and wrote three volumes of Huaxi collection. At that time, friends all over the world begged for poetry from him. According to the records of shengshe Town, Shen Menglin had a deep and sincere contact with min Tianfu. Min Tianfu, the son of Min Deyuan, who was the forerunner of the Min family in shengshe, was known as "tiju". He was good at reading, learned from the past and learned from the present, and did not seek to be popular. He walked high in the Qiu garden, built a gathering place to amuse himself. For a time, he competed with tourists for poetry and literature to win. ". At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Shen Menglin lived in seclusion for many years at the Jufang Pavilion in Shengxi, a villa in Tianfu, Fujian Province.

Character evaluation

Taizu called him "an old examiner.". It is called "Shen Ba Ju". According to the records of Zhenzhi, "Shen Menglin is the most sincere in his dealings with min Tianfu. He has spent several years gathering in the Fang Pavilion, and the cup has been swimming in the evening."
