Li Rixin (1905-1976) was born in chenjiatun, Chengyang Town, Juxian County. In 1952, he won the title of "East China agricultural labor model". He came from a poor peasant family.

He came from a poor peasant family. is the early trial and first successful one of Juxian Golden Queen maize. As early as the late 1940s and early 1950s, he broke through the traditional farming methods and took the lead in planting the Golden Queen corn, and achieved high yield. In 1951, he achieved a good harvest of 615kg per mu, setting a new national high yield record. In 1952, he won the title of East China agricultural labor model of the Ministry of agriculture and the patriotic high yield award of the East China Bureau. In 1953, he took the lead in building the first mutual aid group in the whole village, and together with the masses, he carried out the agricultural technology innovation and the trial planting and promotion of excellent varieties. He succeeded in the trial planting of "Shengli 100" sweet potato, "Red Sorghum" and "Si Zi mian", all of which created the highest local yield. In order to seek stable production on the basis of high yield, he organized the masses to dig wells to store water and buy water tankers to pump water to irrigate the fields and resist drought. At the same time, the land was leveled, and irrigation and water conservancy construction was carried out. The high and stable yield plan of changing dry land into paddy field and three crops in two years into two crops in one year was gradually realized. Through continuous trial planting and seed selection, he made the rice yield continue to be high-yielding, and explored the planting law of early maturing rice, gradually solved the problem of wheat competing for stubble after rice, and achieved double harvest of wheat and rice.
