In the process of tourism, tourism consumers have the right to require travel agencies to provide transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, tour guide and other services in accordance with the contract, and have the right to refuse to participate in projects beyond the planned itinerary. Whether to shop, participate in self financed projects, and pay tips are all independent behaviors of tourists.

(3) If the travel agency violates the contract, the tourist has the right to claim compensation.
