Application and purchase of closed end fund

(1) Apply for purchase

① Investors who have stock accounts or fund accounts in Shenzhen and Shanghai can apply directly.

② Investors who do not have Shenzhen and Shanghai stock accounts or fund accounts need to go through the opening procedures of stock accounts or fund accounts at the local account opening outlets with their ID cards before applying for purchase; investors who only buy funds can open fund accounts of stock exchanges.

③ Investors should deposit enough funds into their own capital account according to their planned purchase amount. Once the application procedures are completed, the application funds will be frozen.

④ The procedures for the entrusted purchase of the online pricing issuance fund are the same as those for the online issuance of shares. The investor can handle the subscription entrustment in the securities business institution which has opened the capital account by filling in the subscription entrustment form, telephone entrustment or magnetic card entrustment.

(2) Confirm winning and unfreeze funds

T day: Subscription day.

T + 1 day: transfer the subscription funds into the special fund account of the registration and settlement company.

T + 2 day: verify the capital and issue a capital verification report, which is confirmed to be valid.

T + 3: lottery.

T + 4: announce the winning result and unfreeze the unsuccessful subscription funds.

(3) Subscription rules

Distribution mode: online pricing distribution.

Objects of issue: natural persons, legal persons and other organizations within the territory of the people's Republic of China (except purchasers prohibited by laws, regulations and relevant regulations).

Face value: 1.00 yuan / share.

Issue fee: 0.01 yuan / copy.

Application price: 1.01 yuan / share.

Place of application: Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges.

Subscription unit: each fund unit.

Number of subscription copies: the subscription amount of each account shall not be less than 1000 copies; if it exceeds 1000 copies, it shall be an integral multiple of 1000 copies.

Purchase restriction: there is no upper limit for each account purchase, and investors can purchase multiple times, but each purchase shall not exceed 999000. If the same account is applied for multiple times, the number of applications for the same account shall be allocated continuously after the number of applications for multiple times is accumulated.

Allocation method: block allocation and unified drawing.

(4) Precautions

① An investor who has opened a stock account may not open another fund account.

② An investor can only open and use one capital account, and can only correspond to one stock account or fund account. It is not allowed to open and use one or more capital accounts corresponding to multiple stock accounts or fund accounts for subscription.

③ Shanghai stock market investors (who use the Shanghai stock market stock account or fund account) must complete the designated trading procedures of the stock exchange before applying for purchase. After the subscription entrustment, the order shall not be cancelled.
