Some leaders don't pay attention to this, and just after criticizing their subordinates, they tell others about it; or when criticizing another person soon after, they casually cite this person as an example, and inadvertently spread the criticism, making rumors, increasing the ideological pressure and disgust of the parties.

Everyone has self-esteem and a psychological tendency to protect self-esteem. When leaders criticize their subordinates, they should take good care of them and try their best to control their psychological oscillations to a minimum. They should never inadvertently add new interferon to influence their subordinates to accept criticism and correct their mistakes.

As any conversationalist knows, it's better not to criticize more than three or four sentences. When people who can do work criticize and educate others, they always give up in a few words, and don't forget to leave some room for the other party. Some people are not like this. They are always unwilling to give up and have to criticize the other party for being "totally out of touch". As a result, things are often pushed to the opposite side.
