Pay attention to be polite when talking

Don't put the microphone under your neck, walk around with the phone in your arms, or sit on the corner of the table, or talk with people with elevated legs. When talking, it is not advisable to speak too high, so as not to make the addressee uncomfortable. The standard practice is: the sound size is moderate, and keep the microphone about 3cm away from the mouth.

When terminating the call and putting down the microphone, you should use both hands gently. Don't fall hard, which will make the other party misunderstand your dissatisfaction.

When the call stops, or the other party is busy again and again when dialing, don't swear, or take the phone out with rude behavior. These actions will damage your image.
