Practice of jinyumantang hot pot
Raw materials needed for making jinyumantang hot pot:
Chinese cabbage, cabbage, chrysanthemum, mushroom, Flammulina velutipes, bean curd, vegetable balls, GG, bamboo shoots, carrot, xuelihong, dried Cucumis (the above amount of materials can be selected) 5 mushrooms, 1 tbsp shredded ginger, 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Making steps of jinyumantang hot pot
1. Slice mushrooms, saute with sesame oil and shredded ginger, pour them into the soup, cook cabbage and cabbage first, and scald the rest before eating.
2. Konjac, bamboo shoots, carrots and xuelihong are cut into 2-inch strips, tied with Cucumis before cooking.
