2 burdock, 5 fresh mushrooms, 2 tsp black sesame. 1 kelp, 2 tsp black vinegar, 2 tsp rock sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp pepper salt, 1 tsp Taibai powder, a little nine layer tower.
The processing steps of burdock paste are as follows:
1. Cut the burdock into shreds, soak vinegar and rock sugar first. Soak kelp and shred.
2. Shred mushrooms with salt and pepper, white powder and black sesame.
