Beef with asparagus
Raw materials for asparagus beef:
Four liang of beef, 150 g of asparagus, 40 g of Shaojiu, 20 g of soy sauce, sugar, baking soda, a little pepper, water starch, 20 g of onion and ginger slices, 2 g of minced ginger, 500 g of peanut oil, and a little MSG.
Processing steps of asparagus beef:
1. Cut asparagus into rhombic slices. Cut the beef into thin slices and marinate in a bowl with baking soda, soy sauce, pepper, starch, Shaojiu, ginger and water for 10 minutes. Add peanut oil and marinate for another 1 hour.
2. Put the oil in the frying pan and heat it to 60%. Add the beef slices and stir fry them. When the color is white, pour in the colander to drain the oil.
3. Leave oil in the pot, add a little scallion and ginger slices, sugar, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and water, bring to a boil, thicken with starch, add beef slices and asparagus section, mix well, remove from the pot and put on a plate.
