Pengpai's former residence is located in the north and south, facing the Longjin river. It was built in the late Qing Dynasty. The main building has two floors, with a width of 12.9 meters and a depth of 10.9 meters. The front porch imitates the western style building, and the wind fire gable has a total construction area of 266 square meters. There is a hall in the middle of the downstairs for the portrait of pengpai's mother Zhou Feng. Peng Pai was born in the left room, where he spent his childhood and youth. After the first generation went to Haifeng in the eastern expedition, Comrade Zhou Enlai and the Soviet military adviser Borodin Garen lived and worked here. The original house was destroyed in June 1925 and restored in 1986.
