Shilong village is a place name. It is the resident of Shilong village villager committee, Waishe Township, Jingning County, Zhejiang Province, 4.2km northeast of the city. It's northwest of Waishe village. After it was named shuidui, it was named shibukeng in piancun. Later, it was named Shilong village because the three mountains behind the village were like dragons.

Approved by the county people's government, it was an old revolutionary base village during the Anti Japanese war. It has jurisdiction over three natural villages, 84 households and 308 people. There are 13 hectares of cultivated land and 536 hectares of forest land. Produce rice, peanuts and wood, bamboo and so on. There are 298 immigrants from 89 families in the village. Among them, 276 people moved to 81 households in Liandu District, 30 people moved to 9 households in Zhuji City and 2 people moved to 1 household in Fenghua City.
