Tangqiao Park

Tangqiao park is located on one side of Dongfang Road, adjacent to Zhangjiabang, with a total greening area of 18000 square meters. The main scenery is composed of Cinnamomum camphora, Cedrus deodara, Magnolia grandiflora and other large tree species, with a variety of small trees, shrubs, ground cover and other plants. There are not only spacious squares in the park, but also quiet forest paths hidden by trees.

Tangqiao Park

Tangqiao Park, built in December 2001, is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Dongfang Road and Zhangjiabang in Tangqiao area of Pudong New Area, covering an area of 37300 square meters. Among them, the water area is 12475 square meters, the green space accounts for 56%, and the coverage of arbor, shrub and grass accounts for 75%, 20% and 5%. The main ornamental trees in the park are Cinnamomum camphora, Xuesong, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Larix gmelinii, Magnolia grandiflora, Osmanthus fragrans, etc. The park is characterized by hygrophytic and aquatic plants, including reed, water lily, lotus, Hosta, water celery, don't forget me, etc.

Tangqiao park after completion is an open park. The theme of the park is forest and water. The water body is connected with Zhangjiabang, and the cruise ship can be connected inside and outside. The path in the forest is connected with the wooden plank road, flat curved bridge and arch bridge on the water body. There are also garden sketches, teahouses, etc. in the park, the architectural form is simple and generous, which is integrated with the surrounding environment.

Tangqiao park not only provides a resting place for the general public, but also adds a cultural atmosphere to Tangqiao area.
