Jintan museum is located in the South scenic area of East Heyan road. It was officially opened on July 12, 2005 and has received nearly 60000 visitors. It has become a window for external publicity and a moral education base for primary and secondary school students in Jintan City. The Museum covers an area of 30000 square meters, with a construction area of 3500 square meters and a total investment of 12 million yuan. The architectural style is simple and elegant, and it is a typical water town antique building. The museum not only has unique architectural style, but also complements each other in landscaping, with an investment of 1.5 million yuan and a greening area of 12600 square meters.

1、 Preface hall -- a long history and culture of Jintan. As early as the Paleolithic age, there were ancestors living. In the Neolithic age, the ancestors created a splendid primitive culture of Sanxing village. After the Shang and Zhou dynasties, Jintan developed agriculture, culture and education, and Commerce in song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties.
