Taicangyuan Garden Villa

Taicang Garden Villa covers an area of 700 mu. Because of the green water, there are gardens in flowers and gardens in gardens. So it's called "Garden Garden". The water area of the villa is more than 200 mu. The river runs through the whole garden and connects with the Yangtze River. Grass carp, carp and crucian carp are cultivated for fishing and cooking in the inner garden hotel of the villa. Peony Garden Villa has peony garden, Vanilla Garden, lotus garden, Qiong garden and other flower plantations. The peony garden covers an area of more than 138 mu, which is the largest peony garden in the south of the Yangtze River at present. The peonies introduced include "Erqiao", "yaohuang", "Weizi" and other nine color series, more than 360 kinds of precious varieties, and more than 40000 peonies. Every April, peonies compete to open, becoming a famous and real peony ocean, which is praised by landscape experts as "the first peony garden in the south of the Yangtze River". In April 2006, the villa successfully held the first "Peony Flower Fair", and 2009 is the third peony flower fair. The main planting areas in the villa are: Thyme, thyme, rosemary, peppermint, Scotland salvia, lavender and Verbena officinalis, etc. the valuable flowers and plants include camellia, scented rose, red maple, golden willow, Cinnamomum camphora, Millennium crape myrtle and so on. There are more than 40 tea rooms in the peony garden of the villa. They enjoy tea and flowers while fishing on the fence. They are very relaxed. There are 100 year old root carvings in the garden, which is also the treasure of the villa. That is, on the trunk of a dried Cinnamomum camphora tree, a thousand lifelike monkeys are exquisitely carved, as if telling a beautiful myth, which is very fascinating.
