Qiaotou Park

Qiaotou park is located in the north of Qiaotou town, Dongguan City. It was first built in 1984. It covers an area of 150 mu when it was first built, and now it is expanded to 180 mu. The park can be visited by 15000 people at the same time. The whole garden is praised as "one of the eight new sights of the city" for its solemn, elegant, quiet and natural, and small and exquisite.

Qiaotou park is backed by the rolling yak mountain, facing the jade splashing Beichuan River, Yuanshuo mountain in the South and the lush Experimental Forest Farm in the north. Entering the garden gate, a clear green water flows from north to south. Crossing the small bridge and standing in the flower Gallery, the first thing that catches people's eyes is a stone tablet carved with one of the eight sceneries of Xining named after Xining City, which is named "looking for you at the end of the bridge", inscribed by Li Haiguan, a famous calligrapher in our province. The first scenic spot in the garden is composed of elegant and exquisite inscriptions, jade splashing fountains and the classical "welcome Pavilion". "Welcome Pavilion" is divided into two layers, like a huge screen. If you step into the upper level, you can have a panoramic view of the distant mountains and near waters, which makes you feel relaxed and happy, and gives you a sense of a panoramic view of the rivers and mountains.

On the north side of Yingke Pavilion, the double bridge flower trellis beside "Qingliangquan" and the warm room flower garden beside "mangdongwa" are facing each other across the water, while the surging waves and tinkling water constantly convey their warmth and pour their honey. In the poplar forest on the south side and beside the green water, there is a children's paradise. There are slides, swings, horses, elephants, horse drawn carts, limousines and trampolines. In the East is the unique Hongqiao and gate Pavilion; in the west is the spacious and bright exhibition hall.

Through the children's paradise across the bridge to the East, a pavilion Yiran, called "bridge pavilion", its southeast is "beautiful Pavilion", not far from the pavilion is the east gate of the park, straight to Xiangyang Road, facing the yak mountain; the monkey hall in the northeast is the most eye-catching, with many tourists and extremely lively. On the north side of the monkey hall is an artificial lake with sparkling blue waves and clear bottom. In the lake, the "pavilion in the center of the lake", "three pools in the moon" and "golden carp take off" imitating the West Lake, as well as the "four Dragon spray beads" along the coast are vivid and exquisite, which are admired by visitors. The tall and majestic gate imitating Yuanmingyuan in Hubei Province and the national style corridor on both sides, together with the modern corridor in the west of the lake, the ancient painting corridor in Hunan Province and the waterside pavilion in the east of the lake, constitute a new ink painting with staggered, dense, distant, elegant and natural harmony.

With the lake water, those who float in the yacht will forget to return; those who stroll along the bank and take a rest in the corridors are like in the painting. On the "four view Pavilion" in the lake, you can see a panoramic view of the park; on the "Jiuqu bridge" in the west of the artificial lake, you can see isolated mountains rising and pavilions flying. In the northwest of China, there are many flower beds with different shapes, such as Populus tomentosa, green grass, and so on. They are colorful and colorful. The fragrance of flowers coming with the wind is refreshing. There are many leisure houses for tourists to eat and play. There is a "Jieyi bridge" on the west side of the winding "mangdangwa", which echoes the "Wolong bridge" on the north side of the "qingliangxi". Above the green water, two big poplars lie in waves and cross the stream. They are called "cross Rainbow poplars". They have a special taste. There is also the "folding Pavilion" which is made up of wooden planks, big ups and downs, and the "Dragon Wall" on the left side of the flower garden. It is like a fairyland in myth. The inscription of Wang Yun, a calligrapher in our province, vividly depicts the poetic and picturesque scenery here.
