Zunyi Museum

Zunyi museum was established on November 20, 2006. It is a non-profit social service organization, which is mainly for the collection, protection, research and display of cultural relics and natural specimens. It is an important base for the construction of spiritual civilization in Zunyi City, with the purpose of giving full play to social functions and broadcasting beneficial to social progress, ideology and morality, science and technology, and civilization knowledge.

It is located at the intersection of Renmin Road and Zhuhai Road in Huichuan District, with a total area of 14873 square meters and a construction area of 8201 square meters. Zunyi museum is still in the preparatory stage.

Development history

Zunyi museum was established on November 20, 2006. It is a non-profit social service organization with the main functions of collection, protection, research and display of cultural relics and natural specimens. It is an important base for the construction of spiritual civilization in Zunyi City, with the purpose of giving full play to social functions, broadcasting beneficial to social progress, ideology and morality, science and technology, and civilization knowledge.

Zunyi museum is still in the preparatory stage, the main project of the museum has been completed, the construction of internal facilities is stepping up, and the exhibition work is being carried out in an orderly manner. Zunyi museum is collecting cultural relics from the society. We sincerely hope to get the public's concern and support.

Construction layout

The exhibition outline has been initially drawn up. The contents of the exhibition are determined to be three major parts: rich Zunyi, historical Zunyi and local Zunyi. There are 13 units under it to fully and vividly show the nature and history of Zunyi to the general public.
