Dahaizi

Dahaizi is located in Lvlin Township, Qianxi County, Guizhou Province, 17 kilometers away from Qianxi County. It is the second largest natural fresh water lake in Bijie area. Dahaizi is surrounded by mountains with clear water. It is surrounded by flowers, fruits and bamboos. It integrates green mountains, beautiful waters, pastoral scenery, ethnic customs and primitive vegetation ecology. Dahaizi has been listed as one of the key lakes for tourism development in western Guizhou.

Haizi is the name given to Lake by Bai people in Qianxi, which means the son of Hai. Because there is another small lake (Xiaohaizi) about 3km away from Dahaizi, this lake is called Dahaizi for the purpose of distinguishing.
