Yuechi Green Lake Scenic Spot

Yuechi green lake is the first scenic Lake in northern Sichuan. Cuihu, formerly known as Xiangshuitan reservoir, started construction in 1959. In August of the next year, the dam was built to store water, with a storage capacity of nearly 1.7 million square meters. After the county Party committee and the county government made full use of the natural conditions, the reservoir was built as a tourist scenic spot in 1983, named Cuihu. The word "Cuihu" was written by the famous calligrapher Li Banli. Cuihu, formerly known as Xiangshuitan reservoir, is located 8 kilometers north of the city. Construction began in 1959. There are eight sceneries of Cuihu lake, namely: Yudai dike, Pinghu Languang, Fangyuan autumn moon, overflow waterfall, silver reflection, Guishan Range Rover, Longhua sunset, Jincheng smoke.
