Weihe Park was officially put into operation in March 2006, with a total area of 2030 mu, including 800 mu of land area (360 mu of green area) and 1230 mu of water area. More than 110000 seedlings of 94 species, such as Ginkgo biloba, Cedrus deodara, Magnolia denudata and Pinus bungeana, have been planted, and the green area of turf has reached 240000 hectares. Weihe park has successively won the titles of National Water Conservancy Scenic Spot, national AAA scenic spot, provincial leisure fishery demonstration site and top ten Water Conservancy Scenic Spot in Shandong Province, with an annual passenger flow of more than one million.

The turf green area has reached 240000 hectares, forming a reasonable mix of trees, shrubs and lawns, highlighting the landscape features of three seasons of flowers and four seasons of evergreen, achieving the design effect of applicability, economy and beauty, fully playing the role of improving and protecting the environment of the scenic spot, creating a beautiful, quiet and comfortable park environment for people.

The music square covers an area of 20000 square meters, and the large music fountain, the landmark landscape of Weihe Park, is located in the music square. Music fountain is the first large-scale comprehensive music fountain in our city to use music rhythm to control the effect of the fountain. The fountain perfectly combines the effect of music and lighting, so that visitors can feel the visual and auditory satisfaction while watching the fountain. Music fountain is divided into 18 parts, each part is independent and subject to the unity of music rhythm. Several groups of independent fountains can form many different viewing effects when they are put out at the same time. It is composed of 108 submersible pumps, 2500 nozzles and the same number of underwater lights. The main jet of the fountain is 38 meters high, the diameter of the nozzle is 38 mm, and the highest lift is 36 meters. It is like a dragon coming out of the hole and rushing up to the sky, giving people a strong visual impact. The auxiliary jet forms an external curtain on the periphery of the main jet, which can not only protect visitors from approaching the main jet, but also make the main jet not too single. The sunshine lighthouse is 44 meters high, which is the highest point of the whole garden. As we can see, it is a sail shape, which is divided into nine layers from top to top. When you look at it at night, it shows seven colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Moreover, its structure is very light and towering, which complements the heavy, solid and enthusiastic style of Weishui spirit sculpture. Its momentum of rushing to night symbolizes the booming economic development of the cities. The whole Phoenix Square is a flying phoenix, perfectly combined with the sculpture of Weishui spirit, implying that the dragon and the Phoenix are auspicious. In addition, China beautiful rivers and mountains of a country, which is called "Penglai", is known as "Sun view" in Taiwan. There are evergreen trees and cedars. The three slopes are on the bottom left side of the Chinese lake on the floor plan. They represent Taiwan Island, Hainan Island and the Spratly Islands respectively.
