Located in Xiyuan, North Square of Dayan Pagoda in Xi'an, it is a leisure place integrating folk custom, culture, ecology and landscape. It is also a cultural place with prominent Shaanxi regional characteristics.

Due to the influence of climate, economy, culture and other factors, people in the west of Shaanxi (Guanzhong people) have formed some unique ways in clothing, food, housing, transportation and transportation.
