Heilongtan natural scenic spot

Heilongtan is located in a 4 km long gorge with a water level drop of 220 meters north of lupiguan, Shicheng Township, Miyun County, 100 km away from Beijing. Spring flowers, autumn moon, Pingsha, wild geese, song, fold, sink, hanging pool and other 18 famous pools are scattered in the deep and exciting Canyon, with various forms and leading styles. April to October is the best time for tourism every year.

Entering the Heilongtan natural scenic spot, two peaks stand in a towering position, one water is hanging high, and under the seat like waterfall is the black Longtou lake, which is as green as emerald. Climbing up from Heilongtan, half a kilometer ahead, Xuantan and chentan appear in front of us. After passing the Xuantan, walking 200 meters inside, I vaguely heard the sound of gurgling stream water. The road twists and turns, and "Tongtian waterfall" immediately appeared in front of me. Standing under the waterfall, the clear stream seems to fall from the sky, falling down the cliff like a knife, rising water mist, stirring up silver waves, like blooming white peonies. Below "Tongtian waterfall" is Luoyan pool. The autumn wind is bleak and the fallen leaves are flying. Geese flying south are also infatuated with the intoxicating scenery here and often fall down to rest here. Continue to go up "pingshatan, longmenkou, longqishi, hedgehog stone, tornado body, pearl string, bottomless pool" and other landscapes, amazing.

From the bottomless pool next to the foot nest, railings upstream, turn out a mountain bend, to the black dragon true pool. It is 5 meters in diameter and the water is dark green. It's cool to be on the spot. Sitting on the smooth rock beside the pool and looking at the unfathomable water, people feel cool in the quiet and mysterious in the magnificent.

To visit Heilongtan, you can visit the first waterfall in Kyoto in the north, Wohu waterfall in the west, Yunmeng gorge in the south, Miyun Reservoir and sunrise in the East.

Heilongtan scenic spot is located in Wushengguan District, north of Guangshui City, Suizhou City, Hubei Province. Heilongtan is a national nature reserve with an annual average temperature of 23 ℃ and an altitude of 560 meters.

Because of the 40 meter drop of the "tiankouwan" waterfall in the scenic area, it is not seen from the bottom of the Black Lake, making a sound; it is like a string, so Gu is called "black dragon pool".

Main attractions

Heilongtan gorge is shaded by steep cliffs. The waterfall with a drop of 31 meters is full of thunder as water strikes the cliff. The waterfall seems to be pouring, and the rainbow appears in the fog. Looking down, it's dark and deep; looking up, only the big sky at the mouth of the bowl looms. From top to bottom, there are 18 waterfalls, such as tiankouwan, Longgong, Longtan, Longmen, erlongxizhu, songlinwan, etc., which are collectively known as Heilongtan waterfalls in Jigong Mountain.

Features of scenic spots

Heilongtan originates from kuangounantian at the southern foot of guangtou mountain at the junction of Hubei and Henan. It flows through Laowuji, yezhutang and nianziwan reservoir. It winds for tens of miles, commonly known as "longshigeng". It has deep ditches, narrow valleys and cascades. "One scene across two provinces, two areas with one mountain" is a major feature of Heilongtan scenic spot. The scenic spot is connected with Jigong peak by high mountain cableway. After enjoying the waterfall group, you can take a taxi from Xingya cableway station to Jigong peak. There are nianziwan reservoir and Heilongtan reservoir in the scenic area. There are dozens of farmhouses in the scenic area, with wild mushrooms, black fungus, chestnut and wild vegetables as a major feature.
