Huangbuling

Huangbuling village is located in the western suburb of Jiaozhou, 2.5km west of zhongyun office, west of Jiaozhou commercial city, east of Beihai fleet Logistics Department, west of Tongsan expressway, south of Jiaozhou commercial port, Jiujiu Auto City and KK Hong Kong City, north of Beiguan office, and the junction of Zhuzhu road and Jiaogao Road. The village covers an area of 1340 mu, including 840 mu of cultivated land.

Huangbuling village has an excellent cultural tradition. It is said that Huangbuling was the birthplace of Maoqiang in Jiaozhou before liberation.

Huangbuling has been farming for generations. Since the 1990s, a 12 meter wide bridge has been built, and more than 500 meters long concrete road has been built. It goes straight to Huanghe West Road. Both sides of the road were afforested and street lamps were installed.

The community made a big hole, so that the residents had their own tap water. In 2001, the community leveled 40 mu of wasteland and Water Bay, built nearly 2300 square meters of factory buildings, and collected more than 200000 yuan of rent every year. In order to better beautify the community and make the community get greater economic benefits, about 20 mu persimmon forest and jujube forest were planted in Lingzi in the northwest of the community. In the northeast of the community, about 80 mu of jujube forest has been planted. In autumn, the branches are covered with yellow persimmons and red jujubes. By the end of 2004, the total income of community economy was 7.34 million yuan, the collective owned assets was 1.17 million yuan, and the per capita income of residents was 5968 yuan. Every family has cable TV, direct dial telephone, 6 private cars, 92 people participate in various pension insurance, and 89 people participate in serious illness medical insurance. The community has trained and delivered 7 college students and 2 undergraduates. The community has also set up an elderly entertainment center, with gateways, poker, chess, mahjong and other entertainment equipment. So that the elderly have a sense of security and happiness, the community economy and residents living in the continuous development and improvement.
