Yanshan Tianchi

Built in 1983, Yanshan Tianchi is located 20 kilometers northeast of Yanqing County (more than 90 kilometers away from Beijing). It is the first scenic spot of Cangmi ancient road natural scenic spot. It is named because it is located in the Yanshan Mountains and has the highest elevation. In the Ming Dynasty, there was a fortress, Jing'an fort, guarding the Baihe Valley, so it was called Baihe fort. With an average temperature of 20 ℃ in summer, the environment is quiet and fresh, which makes it a good place for tourists to have leisure, vacation and summer vacation. Boat tour, airship, fishing, diving and 10 km rafting of bamboo raft and rubber boat were carried out. It is the fifth largest reservoir and the highest reservoir in Beijing.

Introduction

Located 20 kilometers northeast of Yanqing County (more than 90 kilometers away from Beijing), Yanshan Tianchi is a key scenic spot in the "Cangmi ancient road" tourism circle in the eastern mountainous area. Centered on the Baihebao reservoir with a surface area of more than 4.9 million square meters, it has many sightseeing and entertainment projects, such as boating, diving, airship, rafting, fishing and so on. Tourists can go boating or diving at the bottom of the lake; they can find fragrant mountains or rafting; they can go fishing by the lake or have a rest in the forest... Especially when the local altitude is above 600 meters and the average temperature in midsummer (July September) is only 20 degrees Celsius, it is an excellent place to spend summer. As for accommodation, the training center of the Piedmont reservoir management office is luxurious and comfortable, while the lakeside tents, wooden houses and bonfire picnics are unique. Yanshan is a branch of Taihang Mountains, Beijing is at the foot of Yanshan. Baihebao reservoir is the third largest (or the fifth largest) reservoir in Beijing. It is located in the northeast of Yanqing County, more than 100 kilometers away from Beijing City, with an altitude of about 600 meters. It is the highest reservoir in Beijing. Because it is located in Yanshan mountain, it is also called "Yanshan Tianchi".

Scenic beauty

The sky is clear and green, and the water is clear. The old saying goes, "no one can cross a boat in the wild." to describe the forest wrapped Fjord, you can't be more appropriate. It's a good place to "think about the past in front of the peak fire platform, and swim on the apricot trees.". The water in Tianchi is as bright as a mirror. For those who like fishing, it's really a fairyland to take a boat and go fishing on the top of a mountain with an altitude of nearly 1000 meters.

Scenic spots

Yanshan Tianchi scenic spot is divided into six small scenic spots: Yanshan Tianchi scenic spot, Muhua Stone Group scenic spot, Dishui Lake scenic spot, "verdant 400 circles", Qixianling scenic spot and pearl spring scenic spot.

Yanshan Tianchi scenic spot

Yanshan Tianchi is an artificial reservoir built on the main stream of Baihe River, with an altitude of 601 meters. It is the highest water body in Beijing, and has the reputation of "Gaoxiapinghu". It is located on the Baihebao volcano sedimentary basin, surrounded by undulating mountains, vast water surface, forest belt and quiet environment. It has a total storage capacity of 100 million cubic meters and an area of 5 million square meters. It is responsible for the water supply and regulation of Miyun reservoir, Guanting reservoir and Shisanling reservoir. In the process of water supply for Miyun reservoir, it meanders through the Geopark for 30 kilometers, creating a "patch" of the park Mulberry fields are picturesque, and the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are "hard to paint".

Muhua Stone Group scenic spot

Covering an area of 20.5 square kilometers, there are 57 silicified trees exposed on the earth's surface. The exposed silicified trees are well preserved. The bark, scars, branches and annual rings on the fossils can be clearly identified. The largest diameter is 2.5 meters and the longest is 15 meters. They were produced in the Jurassic period 140 million years ago. This is what Shen Kuo, a scientist of the Northern Song Dynasty, recorded in his MengXiBiTan. The discovery of silicified wood in Yanqing is of great scientific value for the study of paleogeography, paleoclimate and paleotree development in Beijing and North China. Since 2003, the scenic spot has been rated as Beijing geological heritage nature reserve and Beijing patriotism education base. In addition, it is also a city popular science education base, a city level cultural relic protection unit and a city level civilized scenic spot.

Dishuihu scenic spot

Dishuihu scenic spot: it is located in the west of sitangou village, shaliangzi Township, Yanqing County, 150 km away from the urban area of Beijing. Dishuihu scenic spot is located at the confluence of Baihe River and Heihe River, where the two rivers meet and surrounded by heavy mountains, forming a beautiful and quiet natural scenery here. Dishuihu is a landscape on the 400 meter cliff on the South Bank of Baihe River. It is surrounded by limestone cliffs. At the top of the cliff, there are several clear springs converging together, and they rush down according to the trend of the mountain, just like a kettle pouring down, forming a water curtain waterfall with a width of more than 20 meters from top to bottom. Waterfall water straight down the slope of the lake, people call this lake "Dishuihu (Lake)". The lake is full of water and flows into the Baihe River. From a distance, you can see the white chain of the teapot, and from a close-up, you can see the water splashing everywhere. After the waterfall, the cave is long, more than 20 meters deep, dotted with a large number of stalactites, stone curtains and stalagmites. There are abundant Shangshui stones near the cave, which are full of holes and pipes and have strong water absorption.

The vegetation around the teapot is luxuriant, and a large area of Pinus tabulaeformis, forged wood and oak forest envelops the cliff in green. Dishuihu is close to the woody stone group. After visiting Dishuihu scenic area, if time permits, you can take a bus to the woody fossil group scenic area to continue to explore the ancient.

Located in the south of Yanshan Mountains, Yanqing Qixianling scenic area covers an area of more than 100 mu, more than 60 kilometers away from the county, 600 meters above sea level, and more than 100 kilometers away from the urban area. There are many ancient trees in Qixianling. There are 18 ancient and famous trees under the second level or above national protection, with an average age of 500 years. The longest ancient cypress is more than 700 years old. The air here is fresh and pollution-free, meeting the national first-class air standard. At this time, it is also rich in walnuts, apricots, dates, chestnuts, sticks, mushrooms, pears, peaches, red fruits, etc. The people here are simple, the villagers are industrious and honest, the dogs and the chickens are familiar with each other, just like a paradise in the world.

Pearl Spring Scenic Spot

Located 6 kilometers west of Pukou, the only provincial tourist resort in Nanjing has been built, covering an area of more than 1400 hectares. It is said that during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, there was a severe drought in Jinling, but the area west of Pukou still had a good harvest because of the pearl spring water. The local farmers did not know the drought. At that time, people thought it was the blessing of the Dragon King. They donated money to build the Dragon King Pavilion and other garden buildings to express their gratitude to the Dragon King. This is the origin of pearl spring. Not far from the left side of the gate is the eye of pearl spring. The spring water gushes out from the cracks in the stone, just like a string of pearls, so it gets its name. On the stone wall beside the spring, there are four characters of "wanhu pearl" carved by the ancients. In front of the spring is a pool. From a distance, the water drops in the pool splash like raindrops on the water surface, like fine rain on a sunny day, so it is called Qingyu spring. If you clap or sing here, the water drops in the pool will change with the sound size. It is a very rare natural voice controlled fountain. Its shape seems to welcome guests, also known as "Xike spring". On the right is a large area of water, called Jingshan lake, with bamboo rafts for tourists to enjoy the scenery of the lake and mountain. On the right bank of the lake is the Chinese alligator farm, a rare animal in China. Behind the spring is Dingshan Pavilion restaurant, behind which there are camel garden and horse racing field for tourists to watch and ride. There are archery field and camping service center on the left. For example, in summer, you can rent a tent to have a barbecue on the hillside grass, and enjoy the bath of nature in the tent.
