Dajingmen Great Wall

Dajingmen Great Wall

Dajingmen section of the Great Wall, built in 1485, was built on the basis of the great wall of the Northern Wei Dynasty. It has a history of more than 500 years. Dajingmen was built in the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty. Xiaojingmen (xijingmen) was opened in the Wanli period on the east side. The border fortress of Hushi on the south side and Zhangjiakou fortress on the southwest side.
