Notice for exhibitors (part) 1. Public areas:

All areas outside the leased area are called public areas, and the exhibition units using the public areas for publicity and business activities shall obtain the prior consent of the center.

2、 Ground responsibility and construction of exhibition hall:

1. The ground loading capacity (3 T / m2 on the first floor, 1 T / m2 on the second floor and 1 T / m2 on the third floor) shall be considered for the transportation, placement and operation of exhibits. In case of any doubt, the exhibitor and its Contractor shall ask the center for instructions before moving in the exhibits.

2. The exhibitor shall not cause any damage to the building of the exhibition hall or change the building structure of the exhibition hall. In case of any damage, the exhibitor shall be fully responsible for the compensation.

3. The cost of construction, installation and demolition of the booth shall be borne by the exhibitor, and the above behavior shall not cause damage to the booth of other renters of the center.

4. It is not allowed to change the structure of the floor, walls, doors and windows or other parts of the building of the exhibition hall. It is not allowed to nail, drive nails, screws or drill holes in any part of the exhibition hall and all exhibition equipment.

3、 Electrical installation:

The center provides lighting and power installation services for all standard booths. The electrical appliances that need to supply power beyond the standard must apply to the central service desk in advance.

4、 Safety:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall. Those who smoke in the exhibition hall will be punished according to relevant regulations. 2. Exhibitors must keep valuables properly by themselves.

3. Unless otherwise approved by the center and relevant government departments, open fire and temporary gas shall not be used in the center; explosives, petroleum, inflammable, toxic and corrosive substances shall not be used in the exhibition hall.
