Peace Park

With a total area of about 71520 square meters, peace park, formerly known as Taipei New Park, is the oldest Park in downtown Taipei. The peace park on February 28 is located in an advantageous location. It is close to the presidential palace, the National Taiwan University Hospital, the Ministry of foreign affairs, the Taipei Hotel and other major municipal organs or buildings. There are some historic sites in the park, such as the broadcasting tower of the Japanese occupation era radio station, the old Tongniu locomotive, the jigonghaoyi square and the Huang's chastity square. It is not only a famous landmark of Taipei City, but also a tourist attraction representing the culture of Taipei city.

The 228 Memorial Park is located at the bottom of Guanqian Road opposite to the Taipei Railway Station. Originally known as the new park, it has a long history in the center of Taipei.

The carved records of Taipei's stele forest are also worth exploring.
