Tanghouxi

Located in Wulai Township, Taibei County, tonghou stream is a tributary of Nanshi stream. The beautiful stream is hidden deep in the mountains. The natural ecology here is rich and complete, attracting dozens of birds to inhabit. It is one of the top ten bird watching places in Taiwan. Along the way, there are torrents, Dawan, deep valleys, waterfalls and other natural scenery. The end point is the ancient mountain crossing road behind the bucket, with a total length of 17 kilometers. It can reach Jiaoxi in Ilan County. It is an ancient road for the hunting and migration of the Taiya people in the past. So it's also because of its unique natural environment that it was selected as the shooting scene of the movie "Cedric bale".

Tanghouxi

Tonghou stream is located in the north of Taiwan Province. It is the largest tributary of Nanshi stream, a tributary of Xindian stream.

Its source is located in yaoludi mountain. It flows westward and northward to Xiaoyi, where it converges with Ayu River, a tributary in the south, and then flows into Nanshi river.

There is an ancient tunghou mountain crossing road in the upstream of tunghou River, which can lead to Jiaoxi Township, Ilan County.
