Dayu myth Garden

Dayu myth garden is a part of Hanyang river beach in Wuhan. It is located on the Yangtze River beach between Hanyang Qingchuan Pavilion and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. It is a landscape garden with the theme of Dayu myth sculpture. Dayu myth garden is about 400 meters long and 60 meters wide. It is divided into upper, middle and lower areas and China Flood culture exhibition hall, with four parts: upper area: from the north side of Hanyang bridge head of Yangtze River Bridge to the south side of Dayu sacrificial platform (now box type waterproof wall of river embankment), it is composed of jade face figure, double dragon gate, bronze carving of "Yinglong painting River and sea" and water control and penetrating carving of Yu Fu Gan. Central District: Centered on the Dayu sacrificial platform and the connected circular Jiuding square, it is composed of a series of high relief sculptures such as "dissecting Yusheng", "fighting XiangLiu", bronze sculptures of Yuyue Jiuding, round sculptures of "going through the family three times but not entering", and myths and legends of Dayu's northern water control. These sculptures can be called treasures, among which "Dayu north water control" is the largest high relief sculpture in China at present. Lower District: from the Taipei side of Dayu's sacrifice to the riverbank side of the exterior wall of Qingchuan Pavilion scenic spot, it is composed of scattered chain stone carvings such as Dayu's southern water control myth, seal Lantian stone carvings, and 6-meter-high Zhenjiang column. China Flood culture exhibition hall: about 80 meters long, near Xima long street in Hanyang, with a green slate floor and an exhibition hall of 800 square meters.
